Urban Centres

Urban centres are the region’s primary focus for concentrated growth and transit service. They are intended as priority locations for employment and services, higher density housing, commercial, cultural, entertainment, institutional and mixed uses. In Surrey urban centres comprises areas within the City Centre and the five town centres.
